I am attempting to trace my great grandfather Thomas Aiden Lyons. I believe he was born in Ecucha into a large family of boys in the middle of the 19th century. He emigrated to NZ about the 1880s where he married and had six children.
He returned to Australia in the 1890s and was never heard from again.
Apparently there are no birth records for him in Echuca, I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a Lyons connection there still, or is there somewhere else I should be trying??
