Coming to Echuca

My husband and I are coming to Echuca next week (Monday 23 to Friday 27) and would like to know what we can do besides the normal "touristy" things. We enjoy walking and looking at gardens and a little bit of shopping. I would also like to know if there are any line dancing classes, and if so where and when.
